1. Services Provided

Zuration Ltd provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) consulting, audits, and implementation guidance
  • Digital strategy, automation, and advisory services

Services may be delivered as one-time projects or ongoing engagements depending on the agreement with the client.

2. Custom Work & Pre-Purchase Review

  • Zuration Ltd may create and present custom digital work (including websites or AI strategy frameworks) at no upfront charge for review purposes.
  • The client is given the opportunity to evaluate the work prior to purchase.
  • Acceptance occurs upon payment, at which point the client confirms the work meets expectations.

3. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Promotional pricing or offers are valid for three (3) business days unless extended.
  • Services, deliverables, and/or access will not be transferred until payment is received in full.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Zuration Ltd provides non-tangible digital services.

Delivery is considered complete when any of the following occur:

  • Website access, ownership, or credentials are transferred
  • AI consulting session(s) have been conducted
  • Digital deliverables, reports, or recommendations are provided

Typical delivery timelines vary depending on scope and will be communicated in advance.
If no timeline is specified: Delivery occurs within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

This fulfills the requirement that businesses clearly define service delivery expectations per Stripe guidelines.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • Due to the custom and advisory nature of services, no refunds, returns, or cancellations are provided after payment.
  • Refunds may be issued only at the sole discretion of Zuration Ltd in cases of:
    • Duplicate payment
    • Billing error

6. Digital Delivery Acknowledgment

By purchasing services, the client acknowledges:

  • The services are custom, non-tangible digital services
  • Work may have been presented prior to purchase
  • Delivery is fulfilled upon provision of access, consultation, or deliverables
  • Services are irrevocable once delivered

7. Support Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Clients receive up to one (1) hour of support for onboarding, walkthrough, or clarification
  • Additional support, implementation, or consulting may require a separate agreement or fee. 

 

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery
  • Participate in scheduled consultations (if applicable)
  • Use deliverables in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
  • Exercise independent judgment when implementing AI or business recommendations

 

9. AI Consulting Disclaimer

Zuration Ltd provides AI consulting and strategic guidance only.

  • No guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, or performance
  • The client is solely responsible for decisions, implementation, and results
  • AI tools and recommendations may involve third-party platforms, which are outside Zuration Ltd’s control

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Zuration Ltd is not liable for:

  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting providers, AI tools, or builders such as Wix)
  • Client implementation decisions or misuse of deliverables
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Clients agree to contact Zuration Ltd first to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback
  • Documentation such as communications, deliverables, and access logs may be used in dispute resolution

 

12. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing services or submitting payment, the client confirms that:

  • They have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
  • They understand the delivery and refund policies
  • They authorize the transaction

 

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
